I love my community and I believe that every person is a treasure, is gifted and has a purpose for their life, their family and their community. However, trauma, abuse, illness, disorders, anxiety, depression, relationship and legal issues can slow down the growth and change needed to achieve your purpose and goals. Shame, negative thoughts, and behaviors that do not promote healthy living or connection are common ways that people deal with tough life issues, however, I am willing to join you at this difficult time and with warmth and non-judgment, collaborate with you to achieve your desired goals.
My approach is trauma-informed, integrated, and with an emphasis on strengths which means that no matter your present situation you will encounter a warm environment that provides a safe space to share and grow.
