Cari received her BA in Psychology from Grand Canyon University, where she is currently earning her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is married to her high school sweetheart and has three adult children and one grandchild. After 20 years of co-owning her business with her husband and family, she felt it was time to complete her education in Counseling Psychology.

Cari truly believes in the opportunity for everyone to find fulfillment and their purpose in life despite some of the impasses of life. Cari works to help others see that such life events can provide opportunities to develop a deeper connection with others and themselves.

Cari’s approach to counseling is natural strength-based and holistic, while she is invested and motivated in learning more specialized therapy through her work with Laura at Cedarhurst Counseling. She strives to provide a warm, empathetic, and collaborative environment for clients to explore their thoughts and behaviors to enhance self-reflection, self-discovery, healing, and growth.
